All you haters who thought the ravens D wouldn't be great this season... you can just shut up. 5 turnovers in one game (not to mention it was a road game, at the Bengals where they hadn't won in since 2011). Only allowed 144 yards passing and 77 yards rushing, containing Hill, Bernard, and Mixon. They also got 5 sacks (unproven pass rush, I think not).

They probably played one of the top 3 worst OL in the league, a QB that crumbles at the smallest sign of pressure and overrated running backs. I'm not saying they're bad, don't get me wrong. I'm just saying they played one of the worst teams in the league Last edited on 2017-09-10 22:20:34 by JbHeng |

That's pretty hard to do against any team. The Bengals had opportunities they got to the redzone at least once, but just couldn't come up with anything. I also like how the Ravens offense went back to the run game as well. Ran the ball 42 times and only passed it 17. Eventually they'll pass a bit more in games, but it definitely shows a bigger commitment to the run game, which is what they strived for during the offseason. |

From an O-Line point of view both teams didnt do well, I guess...No idea, why such teams are not doing better in their offseason to prepare well.

Loved to see how the Rams played yesterday. Just awfull the Attendence in this Stadium.
Goff loked realy strong. Lets see how the Rams D-Line will work with A.Donald back into the line. |

Not a good look when the cameras panned around the stadium - it looked like a replacement game from 1987 with more empty seats than occupied ones. I don't think the Rams will get as easy a game again this season as Scott Tolzien just looked lost for the Colts. If Andrew Luck doesn't get healthy shortly they're in for a very long season, probably with the rookie at the helm. The Rams on the other hand might just be able to build early momentum which would be great for Goff who needs a decent winning streak behind him for some much needed confidence. |

I had the similar feeling in 2 games.
Colts at Rams and Texans at Jag. The starting QB was absolutely miserable when a young stud was on the bench. Same spark when they came on the field and the offense finally produced. I think Brissett will hold the torch waiting for Luck to come back, and Watson will get his chance sooner rather than later. On another note for the Colts, we can see how badly this roster decayed under Grigson. One offseason cannot fix all the woes of his management. There's a real urgency to fix this team or Luck's career will be wasted worse than Manning's prime... |
