I moved up to League 1 from 2.1 and I haven't noticed anything different, my sacks are same as always (which is a good thing, 1 in a loss, 4 and 6 in two wins).

Empirically I've seen the same to such an effect that I stopped blitzing all together in key games as the risk was too high and I wasn't seeing benefits. Against weaker teams it still worked.
Here are my stats: S24 - 52 (4th in league) S25 - 67 (2nd in league) S26 - 39 (6th in league) I was just thinking however that opposition was just getting better I guess. The Green Machine for example has been consistently at the top of the sacking stats in Thunder 1.1 with little variation in the total number of sacks. |

Sacking is always something my team has done well at... Make sure you have cover in the formations you blitz in... It is the way real teams plan their d around so should we

I think the formula for sacks changed going into season 23...not sure about blitzing.
I also think the better managers over time have adopted faster QBs...so that may also contribute. Steve SD Blitz |

Once people figured out that speed was more important than strength for QBs, its just a matter of time before the new breed of speed demons propagate through the leagues. |
