I find this suggestion is one-wall-free (einwandfrei ).
On sundays when the whole family sits around our striptease table (Ausziehtisch ) for coffee and tea, my grandma always insists to me that i should visit that english course for runaways (für Fortgeschrittene ), because she has the feeling that my english is under all pig (unter aller sau ). I dont find that, why should I, my english isnt that wörst. I think I can get this german coast guard job too, easy. |

Also even some native English speakers do not use correct grammar, have atrocious spelling etc. And then we have the question of British English vs other variations. So while I would, in principle, be more than happy to help I can see difficulties... I've been called out on this many times by my friends in the British Isles. I am a terrible speller and occasionally have some major run on sentences. As long as it's all in fun, I think it is fine |

I'm not sure what's fun about not respecting grammar rules in your own language but maybe I'm just too serious/boring.

To get back to the point of the topic when I started it, I proposed such a thing because we have such an english speaking community that I think it would be stupid not to "use" it to improve our english skills.
