So several games into the season now my team collected a total of 8 interceptions in all official games, which ranks #17 in Admirals 2.2.
My problem with this is, that my CBs are way more talented than the league average and that 5 of my 7 official games this season were against new/bot teams and yet I can't come up with a decent amount of interceptions. What could be the reason? Some data of my players: CB #1: 50 STR & 50 SPD 50 INT > 20 CATCH, ~35 POS & VIS CB #2: 50 STR & 50 SPD >48 INT >20 CATCH, ~30 POS & VIS LONG REACH CB #3: 41 STR & 49.5 SPD 43.4 INT >30 POS & VIS CB #4: 42.5 STR & 52 SPD (Track Star) 40.4 INT >25 POS & VIS Their skills may still need some time to develop but they were certainly way more skilled than the WRs they faced, so I don't think that this is the main problem. |

It depends on so much factors. And sometimes it's just bad luck...

LOL, you probably do. There are quite a few of us that have come through Admirals 2.x in recent seasons that are building rosters like this. I took my lead from Skoum and his Touch it Down 69ers. He complimented my 1st ever draft pick,
Al Malone. I've tried to draft, buy and develop every player with him in mind. Other teams might have more experience and/or better strategy, but very few will have better athletes. Last edited on 2017-09-14 16:00:44 by gnikeoj |

Currently, I'm 11th overall in sacks in all of RZA. Season 26, I was 21st. Season 25, I was 17th. Those are my only seasons in 1.1 so far. I expect to climb higher once my best players reach their peaks.

I'm not sure if you're talking to me, but I will reply anyway: My starting DEs are: #1 50 STR / 47.3 SPD / 36.4 AGI 37-40 POS, VIS, TACK, FOOT Slippery #2 45.1 STR / 50 SPD / 34 AGI ~35 VIS, TACK, FOOT & 27 POS Supported by starting LBs: MLB #1 47.5 STR / 49.8 SPD / 30 AGI 31-35 POS, VIS, TACK Heavyweight MLB #2 49.6 STR / 47.5 SPD / 34 AGI ~30 POS, VIS, TACK OLB #1 43.6 STR / 49.4 SPD / 26.7 AGI 37 TACK & ~30 POS, VIS (+ 20 FOOT) Slippery & Heavyweight OLB #2 45 STR / 49 SPD / 30 AGI 32-34 POS, VIS, TACK Track Star ( ~ 51.5 SPD) The number of sacks my team achieves aren't that great either, but I will focus on those (missing) INTs for now. |

I was talking to you if your sacks aren't great it could be you need to put more pressure on the QB to get the interceptions? Modifying your D playbook is a lot quicker than training your corners, might see quite quick results? Last edited on 2017-09-15 04:18:45 by Jonny Utah |
