Anyhow. Definitely worth following Jonny's advice. With some strategic cuts and new investments you can turn your team around pretty quickly. The main thing is to focus on a more balanced training regiment for your players so their salaries don't balloon. I do mine before every training, but I can understand it that feels like a hassle. Just make sure to check on them every couple of week at least to ensure two skills aren't getting too far ahead. Salaries are based on the average of the top two skills (minus speed and strength), so you can have one skill that you power level as long as you keep the others balanced. In general its a good idea not to let that one skill get too far ahead though. I'd try to stay with 10-15 of the other skills in general.
If you have the money at the start of the season, media center is almost always going to be worth the investment. Later on your return drops off pretty quick (after early bird). Last edited on 2017-09-16 23:48:55 by Rock777 |
