We met up with a very enthusiastic and energetic Griswold. Here's what he had to say:
Question 1. You had a good start to the season but you are unfortunately in the toughest division in Thunder 1.1. Does this affect your team planning? Being in the toughest division keeps you on your toes. You cannot afford to take any chances. 4th down gambles, QB risking throws etc. Not a good thing to do. Question 2. Your QBs have an awful completion percentages. Does this worry you? Considering my QBs are young it does somewhat but not as much as it could. Maybe if we are with a losing record come halfway point of the season I might be singing a new tune. Question 3. What do you think will be the deciding factor in this game? Turn overs. Nuff Said Question 4. Related to question one but looking more at the long-term, give me the state of your team and what you project it to be over the coming 5 seasons. Improving our record and players and keeping in the black and not the red hopefully. Question 5. What was your best buy on the Transfer Market ever? My Best Transfer Market pickup I would say was QB Greg Peck Question 6. What NFL team do you support in real life and why? I am more a CFL Fan rather than NFL. I support the Calgary Stampeders in the CFL and I like a few teams in the NFL, Steelers, are my fav I think. Gotta love Big Ben. |

Question 1. With Plumbers in your division now and you still needing to play at their place and with the other divisional teams easy to beat the out of divisional opponents might be the deciding factor who will win the season. I know you are known for your easy-going attitude but do you worry about the slip-up-potential the Osler Rebels pose. The ELO is deceptive as their wage bill is higher than yours now. No, I am not worried, but it is true that I may lose. 
Question 2. Are you disappointed with your QBs completion rate (55%)? And if it stays this way are there options on the bench? I am somewhat dissappointed, but I think the problem is the pass blocking. Question 3. What do you think will be the deciding factor in this game? Luck and interceptions. Question 4. What was your best buy on the Transfer Market ever? I do not remember. |
