So because I didn't check on my team in a few weeks, and my expenditure was already quite high, I ended up going into the red. Quite substantially. I've cut all of my players down to the minimum roster level, I've gotten rid of all of my coaches, deactivated my elite academy and so on and there doesn't seem to be anything more I can do, but the debt is not going down, it just seems be hovering around the 30 million mark. According to my forecast, I should make substantial profit this season though I'll still end it in debt, however I don't think that takes into account interest so I'm doubting the reliability of that. What else can I do besides arranging friendlies which I don't think will bring in that much revenue anyway?

Your wages are still over 2 mil. I'd try to get it under 1 mil. You can bring you roster down to min players and have players play on offense and defense out of position.

I'm at the roster limit and I can't even bring in any youth players so I can fire the more expensive players because I've used all my promotions this season.

Cut your 28+ yo expensive veteran players (they will be retired anyways, once your finances are fine again) and replace them with the cheapest players possible. (age doesn't matter here, as you won't be able to train these guys anyways)

Use the youth pull to senior team option. Furthermore you can try to sign FAs directly from the TM, but I'm not sure whether this is possible if you are in debt.

Also fire all your staff if you haven't.

Demolish some of your training facilities too.

This is definitely what you need to do. Do you have HR activated? If not, activate it, then do an open search on the transfer market, look for the players with the cheapest wages, as long as no one else has a bid on them and they are within 24 hours of the deadline you might be able to sign them to your team, like Stanford though I'm not sure if you can do this when you're in the red?

Have a go with this guy Sigurgísli Sigtryggsson, his wages are about £10,000, there are cheaper players but this one isn't too bad if you don't want total rubbish. if you're happy with very cheap people try this one for £1000 wages Cristoforo Martin, you should also be able to knock some money off whatever they're asking for.

Damn...30 mill. I would indeed fire everyone and replace them with cheap players....desperate times unfortunately call for desperate measures!

My former advice (I have deleted it) was bullshit, it ignored one fact: your team is fine from a financial forecast point of view. You will be in the green by the end of the season, probably earlier. So just let it go, and ignore this season and all incoming warnings and penalties. Once in the green again, start your rebuild. Do everything you would do, like having Friendlies whenever possible. Just go for away friendlies...

That sounds like you are possibly suggesting that maximising your stadium ASAP might just be an important strategy. At least that's my interpretation, I could be wrong, certainly wouldn't suggest it is the best strategy. Not me, nuh-uh, no sirree no.
