I get ~0.5 with a premium academy, so I'd assume its a little less than that if you don't have a premium academy.

I have at least :
- one youth pull from S23 (16 yo) with 1,5 EXP, promoted end S27 (20 yo) with 3,5 EXP - one youth pull from S23 (16 yo) with 1,0 EXP, promoted end S27 (20 yo) with 3,0 EXP Last edited on 2017-12-02 03:02:13 by Drogon |

I assume you don't have a premium academy? That would mean you get between 1.5 - 2.5 experience over 5 years without a premium academy. My guess would be at least 2 experience over 5 years.

I checked with the playerdownload.csv files of S23 (16th october 2016 & 27th november 2016) and end of S27 (14th november 2017) 2016-11-26 / S23 Baptiste Thierry signing Youth pull (to Youth Academy) 2016-10-12 / S23 Bruno Dubus signing Youth pull (to Youth Academy) I have the premium academy. Ok, so 1.5 - 2.5 over 5 years with a premium academy. Doesn't really narrow anything down...
I'm pretty sure its close to 0.5 per year with a premium academy. |

In my experience it is less than 0.5 per season. I would say 2* for 5 seasons. Then it all depends if the player enters at the beginning or end of season and if he starts at 0.3 or 0.7 if 0.5 displayed.
We by the way do not know if the values are rounded up or not. 0.5 could mean between 0.26 and 0.74 or 0.5 and 0.99. |

I've measured it and it is about 0.5* every season. I lost my spreadsheet where I was tracking it but the exact number was between 24 and 26 updates to gain 0.5* with the Premium Academy.
