Nearly exactly 0.5* Exp in Premium,
I keep track in an Excel Sheet mostly 1 season and 1 u p d a t e for 0.5 * |

Did you recruit them week 1? If not they have less than 5 years. They could well have gained 2.48 (1.26 -> 3.74) experience and it would still only be visible as 2.
I'm inclined to go with others on this that it is pretty close to 0.5 per year. I have a guy that gained a half star in the last training u p d a t e of last season, so I'll be able to see for sure myself at the end of this season. Last edited on 2017-12-02 16:39:25 by Rock777 |

Okay...but it sounds like were debating whether it's 0.4 to 0.5 per season. That's a per tight range.
