I spent 4 hrs seeking talent 8 bidlist players all 200%+ upgrades at their position ,1 million bid cushion. I Go to bed for 3 hrs
Wake up 7 of the prospects gone. I have to sleep sometime And other teams took the top 6 guys I was looking at So I'm loading up on B+ talent. While teams a year or two better than mine. Get A players. So the gap is actually widening, and I'm having to get wildly expensive players so as not to lose by ONE HUNDRED PTS . To recap I'm the cleveland browns. (NFL) In their world I get first Pick In this world I have to sneak anyone good Past Jerry Jones(DAL) and robert craft (NE) Which they have fewer needs and same amount of money ( as a horrible team cap space should give me an advantage To go get people but I will never get a blue chip player past 100 established teams and 6 teams can afford to pay triple what I do , so in essence better teams have MORE cap room. In perhaps 3 more seasons I might be able to draft 9 quality guys But we can't tackle ANYONE good until then , even team I win by 50, but only two even teams are on my schedule Hyperdevotion and effort won't close the gap It is STRUCTURAL. And also where leagues go to die When new players realize they have no chance Its like u starting a team tomorrow and competing PLAyer for player with the chicago bears (est 1936). And both teams have the same amount of money. actually Chi has MORE becuase they win. That's the richer getting richer while having more money and Same access to all talent I'll never get a quality team unless ALL of u fall asleep and let a good guy through I also cut people to make room for the signings Or I would have no room. Or new signers will miss 2 games waiting to get placed on my roster Now that they are all signed away... My effort and commitment to spend every dollar on better team ?.. My effort to replace C- players with a couple of A's Now I have HOLEs. So basically went from C- to F players Which will wear out the few stars I have Because u can key on one guy and stop my team because I only have two A level starters. One a QB w 50 int, pass, and str. But half the QB rating of my scrubs , NFL new team has SOME stars on it So u have a building block or something ( anything) To hang ur hat on When u are slower, smaller, weaker, and less skilled at very position. But the talent access u have as a horrible is identical to the top teams. When EVERYONE they have is three times better than Everyone you have or anyone you can get I can't get first crack at blue chippers And 6 different teams could drop in 6 mil And I can't acquire ANYONe And before u say well go find someone else There isn't anyone else I lost out on ALL the best players So anyone I sign now will be Worse by design Or cost so much ,getting star teams' retreads That cost the good teams rookie salary but I'm paying Franchise tag prices at Every position That team cannot be afforded I can see that already I'm a football coach and an actuary I do nothing but math This math is broken Unless the top teams QUIT I will NEVER be able to compete We use the baseball model So there are the Yankees with studs at every position I'm the Milwaukee brewers. Perpetually doomed to THIRD TIER PLSYERs I guess I an build a team after everyone else doesn't need one Or their players are better than who I'm looking at And they stand pat with their A player And Let me sign a B+ guy So with every signing the gap gets worse Do the math Explain to me how I will catch up or even become competitive before 2022 I'll wait |

Losing a bidding overnight happens. As RZA is a game played all over the world, there are always managers logged on while you sleep. For example there is a 10 hour delay between the West Coast and central Europe.

Yes established teams are better than new ones, because they took the time ( several seasons) to build a competitive roster.

Basically you're talking total nonsense and I'm bored of it, you're moaning because it isn't instantaneous and your brain can't see past "I want it now!", not everyone will enjoy this game, if it's annoying you so much then just stop playing it.

The system we have produces. Yankees and brewers E Every time I go to free agency Because it would take me 12 drafts from NOw to get a competitive team How do I sign better players when teams 200 elo better Can take them and if I signna worse guy I'm locking in LOSING for longer If u start w an all star team and I start with 50 brand new guys , And the good team signs a players. And I sign b players Or their expensive a players after their contract has expired So the good team gets Russell Wilson for 3 yrs at 600,000 But CLe is tired of going winless so they open their wallet And pay Russell 125 million. Now I can't afford anyone else If higher elo teams would LEt me have him Do I have to wait til I'm picking players nobody else wants? Cuz if its a free for all. G Every pick I make WIDENs the gap So sure it will take build a Better team But the scenario DOES NOT EXIST where I can sign a good player Uncontested If ur going to replay. Everybody starts at the same level and we all inherited newbie teams. It takes time but it happens to those who build teams. Stadium expansion is first priority for cash flow, and the manual really help with the rest.
