Here's a honest and well meant suggestion. Go to RedZoneClash.org and play there. It's a faster version of RZA

Jonny Utah is rigth.

The basic of this game is to become better season after seasons, not to reach the top in a few weeks. If this does not suit you, you can go.

We adviced you to focus on your stadium and wait before buying players, you did not listen.

We adviced you to find a mentor, you said you do not need one.

We adviced you to read Jack's guide and the manual, you obviously did not.

Your IRL experience as a football coach is not relevant at all here. If you continue to run your team like you do and ignore better managers advices, you will never have a successfull team.

Ur not reading

Say u have a b level player
And I have F. ( accurate)

I try to sign an A player
YOu take him

The gap just got wider
That happened 6x Yesterday
Where all my competition improved and I didn't
BEcause I found u guys some talent

Do u understand that for a guy to be available for me to buy
NOBORY else has to want him
There is no waiver priority
And in the NFL where I would have MORE money cuz I suck
I actually have less because I dont win becuzee I have no talent
And every time I try to get talent it gets worse

Can someone say
Yes that is what happens

I'm njot crazy
And I'm assuming u can all read

Do u not understand competitive balance

This isn't about losing
Its about seeing I will never win
And I've lost the game before kickoff

People laughed but nobody Disagreed
W me telling my fans NOT TO BOTHER
Cuz u all know I'm write

Ill talk to pete there is a way to fix this
And this could be the best sim game ever<
Otherwise it'll just be Pete and friends grinding down the bottom > 400 elo

Perhaps consider a draft from scratch pool or a non age based salary cap
When age sets ur value. Bad team only get draft picks and wildly overpriced veterans the good teams used for damn near free.

You don't understand football if ur disputing these concepts
Salary cap vs non
Aged value vs skill
( although I do love the free market bidding. That part is great
But its like going to the stock market and they let u in but u can't do anything until the rich people are done .

Sorry but the poor should go first
Thats how the NFL generates new champions
In baseball the brewers will NEVER win
And people still pay their money ( to drink I guess)
Why? I won't. Not if there is a better way

And I know ur saying I paid my lumps u should too

My response is your right
But wouldn't u like a faster growing league
Wouldn't u like more games NOT decided by a 70 pt margin
It would mean more competitive games
With the playoffs meaning something to everyone
And if u won to get into the playoffs??
If would mean more because u heat Go ABLE teams
I don't have one
And the way I'm supposed to fix that is broken
Sure IN a vacuum. MY team will be amazing compared to who I started with
But in relation to other teams the gap is bigger than when I started
I'll make a graph and a flowchart.to ILUSTRAaTE the dynamic
People don't read well

Brb

Like many online sport sims, this is an endurance game. The longer you play, the better you do. Team income is based entirely on stadium size - expenses. Since a new team should have low expenses, once you build your stadium up to max size you will have greater income than the older teams. That is how you close the gap. After a few seasons you will be filthy rich, and you can start buying whatever A players you want.

I had over a billion dollars in the bank after 8 or 9 seasons.

I have closed the gap and ever surpassed many teams that have been playing longer than I have. As have many other managers. Look at Elite. The managers there have not all been playing since Season 1.

It is worth noting that MLB has had more different teams win championships and participate in the playoffs in recent history than the NFL, so your salary cap argument does not hold water. Also, if you are old enough, remember when the NFL brought in expansion teams like the new Browns, Texans, Jags, Panthers and Buccaneers. Other than the Jags, all of these teams were horrible for several seasons. They also started off as a collection of unwanted players from other teams and draft picks.

So how do you get A-caliber players? You develop some in your youth academy. You draft some. And occasionally you buy some off the market. All of this takes money, and you are at a disadvantage early on in this regard. So you build your stadium to increase your revenue. You actually have it easier than those of us who have been here before 2017 when Pete decided to give all new teams free money from the media center.

My finances are great.
I know how to build
Ur not understanding

I can't build stadium faster than a 200 elo team
So THAt will improve my team but his at the same rate
( actually still more because even tho both our stadiums are new
He will win more unless this isn't a sim game all of a sudden?

Is that what ur saying
