Yes it does.
Look at the economy page, just before an official home game you get 6 entries, one for each item in the fanshop. For my home game yesterday, for example, I got ~150K. |

Wow, I don’t know how many seasons I have been playing this game, but I have never thought about optimizing the price of the items in the fanshop. I remember trying it once when I just started playing the game but never really try hard, so I kept the default value at the end. But now that I see the numbers of others, I should have try harder!!

Sure, better total sales but if the guy sold only one item in each category , his profit is huge compare to your profit, right? |

Which is why I believe the profits can be pictured by a Gaussian curb of profit in function of selling price :
