America makes great beer. The exports are shit, but small batch craft beers are world class.
As for the dilly, dilly commercials , one really pisses me and my friends off... that is the one where the guy says "I've really been into this honey mead", and gets banished into the pit. Meanwhile the company that owns bud light is buying up some of the bigger craft breweries that make such beer. Then run them into the ground or more appropriately the pit of misery.

My fun about these commercials is limited to the commercials itself, since I don't know enough of such stories like you are telling.

Yeah unlike Bud, Anheuser-Busch seems to be doing a better job with leaving their acquisitions alone, other than proper funding.
They bought up the Four Peaks chain of breweries/pubs in Arizona back in 2015, and just let them keep everything "as it was" - ramped up production and expanded their franchises to more locations in the southwest, but didn't say "lets make your brew more mainstream, by turning it to Pissweiser".  |
