I used to think about something like this when Becko's was a thing. That guy was scarily accurate with his point spreads. He would have been great at framing betting markets on games.

With a suggestion like this, even though I like it, it's for the greater good that it never gets off the ground. Imagine the corruption this would bring to the game!
