Let me count the reasons.
1) In Elite League (NC East) we are a combined 41 wins and 3 playoff teams. 2) In SC we make up 17 of the remaining 64 teams. 3) In CofC we make up 2 of the final 8 teams. In Sea Devils we call this a slightly above average season.

There are regions having strong teams, and regions having strong talkers...AND, there are regions which let the coaches and talkers do their thing...without these regions the strong teams regions and the talkers regions would not shine so bright, therefore....

Seadevils also lead all 1.1 leagues in number of bots (6)
Clearly, that extra rest is an unfair advantage for them

why sarcasm? bots, the way they "play" the game, are bullshit. They lose on purpose, they create tankers that lose on purpose, they just screw up someones whole season if he doesnt face any of those bot teams or theire tankers 
You cant even honor teams who went WL 16-0 if one third of their games were bot/tanker games. check this - - > a discussion and this - - > a suggestion But yeah, Sea Devils are the best  ... or live in the west? ... or have no chin and no chest?  ... eat too much of the rest? ...

Current round of 32 in the SC:

Being great has its problems though... because we're so top-heavy no new teams want to join. Our 1.1 is flooded with bots and we currently only have 7 active teams in 2.1 and 2.2 combined.
