So is team chemistry affect on the game based on the players on the depth chart for that game or the entire squad?

Ich would guess that TC is somehow in the math for each player.
So depth chart and more precisely, who's on the field.

Really? I seem to notice that every player has lowered TC but I cannot check this right now. I just see it as the whole squad is dejected whether you played or not.

Morale and Team Chemistry is reported on your team page - - so that's a computation based on the entire roster. Is that what's used or it it calculated again at game time based on the depth chart?

I know someone who knows the answer unfortunately he doesn`t want to share much about this kind of things and because we will never be able to test this, we will never know the true answer and imo some things should be this way

Not 100% but worth the shot:

After a league or SC game, pick a player that did not play and change its position to cut his Tc in half:
- the value in the team front page change: Overall TC is calculated on all roster
- the value did not change: it is calculated on depth chart only

My TC is currently low and I did not check it yesterday, but I also kind of remember it gets lower after the draft. That would make the first option the most probable. Once again, not 100% sure.

The value on the front page is calculated on the whole squad.
I had many seasons long a 100% TC depth chart, but thanks to YA-pulls and other stuff the TC value on my front page is never 100%.

But I doubt this value is taken for the game calculation.

I think that TC is used based on the individual players stats in the depth chart / on the field (so the 11 guys per snap) and then is factored into the math. For individual efforts, like breaking tackles or something like that, only his stats do count, for group calculations like line blocking I guess alower TC might effect also the whole group.

BUT THAT'S GUESSING!

My observation is that I believe that the TC of the individual player is the key rather than as a whole calculation. In general i have observed that low TC players performance is seriously affected, I have never studied the data but my experience from watching games and studying stats tells me low TC QB's seem to throw more Int, Low TC rec drop more, low TC defenders miss more tacles, low TC OL miss more blocks.

As players TC increases so does that individuals performance. Obviously this affects team performance as one player making mistakes can kill you.

I have observed that the low TC are much more likely to have a bad game than the high TC players surrounding them making me think that it is the individual rather than team TC that is crucial. Again it does not mean the Team TC has no effect, it might just be a lot harder to see.

I can confirm for sure "low TC defenders miss more tackles"
I started last season with two CB just bought (my first string CBs) and so with TC below 100% for the first 6 games.
Regular Season Result
Tackled missed in first 6 games / Tackled missed in 16 games between 45% / 65%
