Fummer, Hey coach how have you been? Think I've gotten the hang of this game! Thanks for the help early on.

Problem is, that cutting players do not help a lot, unless, their wage is really high. Meanwhile your players are continuously getting cut, and your team worsens, that decreases match income gradually.

Better if you cut coaches, that are out of contract, if you have any of those.
Coaches wages are much higher, than players and resigning a replacement is cheaper.

Training and YA is disfunctional this time, so you may sell/demolish any of those facilities.

BTW if I had an authority I would run a poll, surveying if established teams have financial stability and at what cost range.

I would ask, say:
-div1 established teams
-those who do not participate in any playoffs and no CoC (just 16 league and 15 cup games)

The question would sound sg., like the following:

"Are you able to cover your recurring expenditure with your recurring income? At what wage level?"

Recurring expenditure=
Wages (player, coach, experts)+Maintenance (stadium, facility and stadium renovation)

Recurring income=
Tickets+Sponsor+(Media)

Probably it would be best, not to calculate media income in, as it is a "rich gets richer function".

Sorry to say, but this is totally wrong. The major aspect of the feature is to help newbees during their first 2 seasons to gain some huge money.

I disagree as well on the "fire coaches" thing. Cutting coaches means always sacrificing your team. It is not always "cut coaches, that's it". Sometimes (most times) it is enough to cut 2 or 3 monster players to save a million per week.

If you are off your finances by more than 1 million per week, you did not understand elementary parts of the game concept or just ignored every warning we issued during building things, hiring staff and players and so on.
