Hi Pete, I do not know if this case is a technical mistake or maybe I do not know the NFL rules well. if a QB starts a run with the ball and suffers a TACKLE before the scrimmage line is a SACK?

15:00 1 and 10 to go on own 20, Samuele Nani (OC) snaps the ball to Daniele Angelini (QB), who runs by himself, he starts running over the center, Tom Gabriel (NT) tackles Daniele Angelini (QB) , forward progress: tackle for loss of 2 yards (Shotgun 2 WR vs. 3-4-4)
In the statistics Tom Gabriel does not appear to have performed a SACK, is this correct?

as far as i know it is no sack anymore from the point it is clear the qb runs himself to gain yards

Yes here is the description that I found:

To be considered a sack the quarterback must intend to throw a forward pass. If the play is designed for the quarterback to rush (run) the ball, any loss is subtracted from the quarterback's rushing total (and the play is ruled a tackle for loss as opposed to a sack).
