Since YA players are beginning to be ready earlier. I was thinking maybe we should lower the age of the draftees. Instead of ages 18-22 (19-23), we could make them 17-21 (18-22).

Agreed, or better still raise the skills from 25 avg to 30+, especially the 22 and 23 year olds...

I think the opposite, we've had so many changes that make building a team much easier already (Premium YA, faster training, the Media Center giving us more money etc...) - I want building a team to become hard again, not even easier than it is today.

imo Draft should be relevant again
I always draft near the bottom of the order but it does not hurt me as I can buy Draft quality players all season long and put them into my YA. So having a few instant starters in the draft would help imo |
