Tanking. If you improve the top draftees Drogon thinks it will lead to more tanking and therefore more PM for you from managers denouncing other teams tanking.

What if you just balance out the skill levels by position (I know you can change positions and all that). We have so many 3.5 star LBs, CBs, and WRs, but every other position is kind of junk. It might just help if you spread the talent throughout positions a bit.
