Somewhere in the realm of 3000 - 3500 (for half a star), but since its not actually tied to the number of plays but on the things they "do" in these plays, that can vary.

I understood that if you mix offensive and defensive plays there is a sort of penalty. So the number of useful plays it is not the sum of offensive and defensive plays. I do not know the math.

So are plays in Friday Friendlies weight a lot less than plays in League & SuperCup games?
