Just noticed after my SC game that my bot opponent had a 68.0 rating in D3. Is this normal in some cases? Game in question

it's when they have recently gone bot. not sure how long it will last though.

It happens if an owner leaves his team behind after quite some time of managing it. The bot team goes then down the league levels. No worries, once a new owner takes this team the players get kicked, and the new manager has to start with a quite lower team strength
