And if I have HR-mode activated then get what kind of contract automatically? What really interest me is, why you propose that change? I mean right now you can promote them at any time, up to 6 per season and you have to take care of their contract on your own. That's a management task and since this is a management game, that fits. Your proposal does skip that task likely 100% so at the end we have less tasks inside that game. So why should we do this? |

Your Suggestion would Change that. So the Suggestion is on rollover all 20 year old YA-Players do get a contract until next Season rollover. But what means "To use other promotion set for other Player"? There are no other Areas to use promotions. I'm confused. |

"To use other promotion set for other players" is not a good idea, because promoting 18-19 year old, for example, does not allow you to take advantage of the development (skills and experience) given by the Academy.
Rather, I would not restrict the choice to 1 young player for each update; if I have 20 seats available in the Academy and I have occupied only 16, why I can not insert 4 young players at the same time? in the end I will always have a maximum limit of young players to train and a maximum limit to promote them, but I could have better talents in the long run. But this would perhaps kill the already dull market. So.. I wait for the categorical NO of Pete ..

We would fillup the free agent pool by up to 6 time more players. However, I cannot see how managers have free spots in their academy. I would like to have more spots...especially since the youth pulls reveal there range of talent and physicals before the pull

Sometimes there are more youngsters of apparently great talent in the same "youth pull" but I can only choose one, sometimes you find all youngsters with TW less than 30 and for me it makes no sense to choose. (the quality of a youngsters is subjective for each manager). But on the other hand I understand that it would also be ridiculous to choose one at a time from the "youth pull" by canceling the worst and choosing all the proposals one after the other. 
For me (and I think also other managers) that I risked bankruptcy and I saved, it is becoming fundamental to take advantage of the academy since I can no longer compete in the market with the new maganagers who have the free bonus of the mediacenter or those who have accumulated a wealth winning deservedly for more seasons. It's just my point of view. "I would like to have more spots ... especially [..." do you mean Slots available for youngsters?  |
