If I'm not completly wrong I could fix a PO spot today.
Appropriately I'm playing long time rival JonatanRiver - todays game marks our 25th league meeting with 15-9 wins for me.
I remember when I joined thunder 1.1 a long time ago (Season 18) I was whondering if I could ever win against such a balanced squad

I wrapped up the NC South today, joining the Basterds in the playoffs. Hope I can carry some of these good games over into the playoffs this season!

It is looking to be a good run to the playoffs for some teams this season. There are battles all over the place, and even some good battles for Division champs. The NC North and NC West are going to come down to the last game of the season to determine their champs! And then we have quite a few teams that will be fighting for those last 2 wildcard spots

Pamplona Walls 9-4 (fighting for a wild card spot)
Istanbul Sultans 8-5 (fighting for NC West champ or wild card spot)
Ridge City Frogs 8-5 (fighting for NC North champ or wild card spot)
LM Pirates 8-5 (fighting for NC West champ or wild card spot)
Valiant Pinoys 8-5 (fighting for a wild card spot)
Granville Skunks 8-5 (fighting for NC West champ or wild card spot)
Boonley Bulldozers 7-6 (fighting for NC North champ or wild card spot)
**DragonTigers at 5-8 are still in the hunt for the NC North championship, but 1 loss or 1 win by Ridge City eliminates them.

Two of those teams will be division champs, and 2 will be wild card teams. That means 3 teams will be left out of the playoffs in the NC, and most of them could finish 4 games above .500 records. This will be a great last 3 games of the season to watch play out!

I agree. This will be an amazing three-games span. I am just happy that our final game will come against the Basterds.

I got whipped all over the field by the Australorps today...wow. My offense just could not get moving, and my defense seems like they did not show up against the only 3 plays they chose to run most of the game. I really thought there was supposed to be a penalty for playbooks like this, but there wasn't today!

Well, despite I already secured Seed Nr.1 I need to play full strength as I can not risk to losses Morale for the most important part of the season

Not a lot has been settled going into our last game of the regular season. Looks as if only the LM Pirates and DragonTigers have been removed from this list above. That means there are 6 teams fighting for 4 spots. It is anyone's game going into tomorrow's finale! Here are the records as we stand right now before this final game:

Istanbul Sultans 10-5 (fighting for NC West champ or wild card spot)
Valiant Pinoys 10-5 (fighting for a wild card spot)
Granville Skunks 10-5 (fighting for NC West champ or wild card spot)
Pamplona Walls 9-6 (fighting for a wild card spot)
Boonley Bulldozers 9-6 (fighting for NC North champ)
Ridge City Frogs 9-6 (fighting for NC North champ)

What game will we all be watching, might I draw your attention to the NC North championship game. Boonley Bulldozers and Ridge City Frogs play each other. Winner takes the division championship, loser goes home. That seems to be the game of the week at this point!

Also, Pamplona Walls face a team that has gone BOT, so they may end up with a 10-6 record. All will depend on how many other teams end up at 10-6. I see Valiant Pinoys is in for a tough game with the Basterds. Both Istanbul Sultans and Granville Skunks may get wins and end up at 11-5, but the teams they play are pretty sneaky. Nothing is decided yet, so some really good games to watch!

my eyes are indeed on NC North. My old division first of all and games where such big stakes can rest on one play are my favourite.

Oh my....What a game...24-23 won by Boonley Bulldozers. Ridge City played a heck of a game, but Boonley's defense kept Ridge City from scoring a few TD's that ended up being FG's. That seems to be the scoring difference in the game, but Boonley controlled the offense all day long by gaining more yards 435-274. Great game!

Oh, and Pamplona's game against a BOT secured them a playoff spot in the playoffs with a deciding factor of Point Differential over Valiant Pinoys, even though Valiant had beaten Pamplona in both games head to head this season. Not sure why PD is the deciding factor if head to head games can be used, but so be it I guess.
