I suggest to set all players' moral and team chemistry to 100 % after season rollover. It would somehow simulate "training camp" that we don't have here at RZA.

I like the idea of a TC and Morale boost at season rollover. It seems a little excessive to reset everybody's to 100%, imo.

This is why we have team work. Lazy suckers lose, work horses gain skills at season rollover. I like it the way it is.

Mainly PC...however, I see no need to raise anything else in significant ways. Especially experience and Morale I find quite dangerous. It kills the need of facilities and staff. And I do not see why it should affect TC. TC is growing so fast, IMO we need no extra boost here.

Don't you think that it's strange if a player gains the same TC between the seasons as when he was bought in the middle of the season? Very unrealistic imo.

The question is not how much realism we can have. The question is how much realism can we create with a certain effort. If the effort is too high for a minor add in realism, I won't go for it. |

You want real life simulation? Make it optional and let teams pay for it! Add a button during offseason (after rollover) that says: "Boost TC/Moral" Cost for such special OTA program: ~ 10% of a team's current Bank Account! suck it $$$ pete $$$ suck it |
