I have the same Punter and Kicker starting from S31
Pucci Esposito P games 176 plays 657 Tim Majors K games 176 plays 3157 After 5 seasons both have gained only 0.5 star of experience... would anyone share his ... experience (  ) ? |

Hi, I share my "poor experience" of my ST.

With the changes pete made to rookies and draftees having high exp he kind of failed to increase the speed of players that actually play.

I have had kicker Ty McCarthy since season 25.
Games: 361 Plays: 6748 **** experience now. 24th August 2017 (not sure what season that was) PDF report: **1/2 experience. 11th March 2018 (not sure what season that was) on management studio: *** experience. |

8 Seasons, 295 Games, 5639 plays later, a player who just finished his 2.000th PAT, honored with 32 MVP Awards (1782 MVP points), gained ... *drum-roll* ... 1* of experience

How long ago did he get to 4 stars? He could be close to 4.5 and he's only 27? |

I think EXP is an huge penalty on the effective value of the not physical skills. Players born with a 75% of experience and reach 100% with 5* So a player with 4* of experience performs as 95% If we add that it is very common do not have a ST coach this has an average impact of another -5% So if you develop a kicker with Kick/Vis = 47 you have on the field (90%) a 42.2 and you pay without HR 300K x turnover. My first question was ... do only my K & P not gain exp? As starters, 5 full seasons only 0.5*... Now I know I am not the only one.... Compared to YA Premium when you gain more or less 0.5* per season it seems to me too low... I am not asking to chenge something, but at least I try to deal with this (let me say weird) behaviour ...
