With many of my best athletes having all important skills well above 40 I am trying to see what else can help my players.

In your view and experi nice, does it make sense to train blocking for the DL for example. While on one hand their job is to get through to the QB for a sack or to stop a FB or RB it is also to block for an LB to get thru to sack the QB. In Jacks guide blocking for DL is not mentioned. So, does it make sense ? Or will it be without influence ?

What skills have you already maxed out on your DL?

Tackling, Footwork, Positioning and Vision ...

In my view I have the choice between blocking and carrying.

That choice is only for DEs as DTs never recover fumbles so CAR is pointless for them.

Blocking might help on any Fumble or Interception Return so thats my first choice with maxed out DLs.

However, I mostly prefer 90% on any redcapped physical which is not yet 50

I'm assuming you've already maxed out Str, Spd & Agi? Honestly, after that...i doubt it matters much.

Agility I can still increase. About Str and Spe I don’t have any player older than 20 or so who is not maxed out on those.

I guess, blocking it is. And if only for the use in special teams. Carrying was my second bet. But after limiting the fumble returns I believe this is less relevant.

Thank you guys

Definitely max out agility before moving to blocking or carrying.
