I got myself a 25% increase for about 1.4 millions to reach 6.5 millions. However I will put on the market 5 players next week for a salary decrease of 500k.

Boy, nothing like hitting the ground running. First three league games (against the killer Bs) will let me know if my team is going to compete for the title or not: Blitz, Buzi, Bridges. Throw in the Monarch division for four games, and this is going to be another difficult season.
And that season opener against Steve pits the current ELO 1 vs 2 The SuperCup Playoff matching continues in the CofC, where I have the Gladiators in the first round, and to a lesser degree, Leeds gets one of the SD 1 squads. On a positive note for me, I was expecting a mass exodus as I have a lot of 30+ on my team, but only two OLs and a SF are leaving and two LBs need a little convincing. |

Wow, I just went to my league schedule. going thru day after day I wondered when there will be an easy match. Answer : there won't be any easy league match...

Today my team won 37:13, 4th highest win of day 1. In most divisions my team would lead. Not in the SeaDevio division. If the season stopped now, my team would be relegated. Congratulations to RavenCorp for you first win and to ptdoc for beating San Diego. Beating ? Annihilating. I believed Jonny would win against the Bobbers. But this is just the first match and I lost mine in the prior two seasons to go 13-3 at the end.
Strongest division so far. Let’s get those three playoff places once again !  |
