I use it since it was introduced and honestly I'm not sure it worth the price.
pro: I get every season several better-than-draft-values players with higher exp. con: I pay a lot of money, which I could spend eventually on my squad raising their average wage by roughly 20.000 per u p d a t e on my best 20 to 25 players. Maybe not much, but something. Overall I think the reason why I do keep it is, I like the high developed players and the more relaxed approach on drafts. |

I use it; like Jack6 said, I like how you get better youth development as a result of using the Premium Academy. Also like he said, the draft process is less stressful because you don’t feel like you need to have a stellar draft to have good youth.

If you are Lucky enough to find the younger profile that you want,when you promote him in first team,you got a well train player. |

I've never used it.
I consistently produce good players from the academy. The first pick in the draft is always better and prefer it that way. I don't think I will ever activate it, I believe that managing expenses becomes more complicated and I risked bankruptcy once before. |
