Dumplings big match reviews of 5th September:
Renegades 3:72 Juggernaut Frogs 0:42 Dumplings In the battle of the unbeatens both these games were one sided affairs so lets ignore them and talk about something exciting Wild Thangs 34:35 Narann - What a game with the win sealed with only 1:58 left in Q4. In the 2nd half the lead changed 5 times and included TD passes from 64, 72 and 82 yards. Also interesting fact - no turnovers from either team. Attack Dogs 37:31 Patriots - Great 4th Qtr / OT comeback by the Attack Dogs. Down 17:28 at the end of the 3rd Qtr the Attack Dogs tied the game with 47 seconds left on a 4th and 2 from the 4 yard line and then clinched the win in OT after intercepting the Patriots. Next weeks big games: Bulldogs @ Deflators - Battle of the leaders of the AC West Wild Thangs @ Bolts - Leaders of the AC South who both need to bounce back from a loss Destroyers @ Attack Dogs - Both teams currently unbeaten |

No turn overs I think because defenders were getting soar necks by watching the ball sail over their head into space behind them  |

Dumplings big match reviews of 8th September:
Bulldogs 23:34 Deflators - Deflators had this wrapped up by half time and also won the sack battle by 10 to zip. Nice to have a RB who rushes for 120 yards off of 25 carries also. This win now gives Deflators outright lead of the AC West. Wild Thangs 41:20 Bolts - 2nd loss in a row for the Bolts and this against a divisional rival will hurt. Very balanced game for Wild Thangs with 247yds rushing and 243 yds passing Destroyers 35:14 Attack Dogs - Despite all of the financial issues they have had the Destroyers keep on winning. This time giving the Attack Dogs their first loss of the season. Now with 3rd choice QB Yngstom the playbook must be magic as he threw for 3 TDs and no Ints. CB Hana also weighed in with 2xInts returning 1 for a TD showing that the D is also hot 
p.s. what has happened to the Boonley Bulldozers. Dropped out of Elite, selling off players and now 0-4 after losing the battle of the Bulldozers today. Just 5 unbeaten teams left and none play each other so.... Next weeks big games: Moustache Men @ Xu Da - Both teams looking like AC wild card hopefuls so let's see how they face off

As this season rolls on, they probably won't be ready! I think they have been sitting on the couch and watching the rest of the games and have forgotten about their next gameplan! |
