Today is the last day before the draft so I think I can (finally) write down some lines about the board. As it may be a bad idea to write a complete analysis of some players I decided to talk about the class of players for each position and make some highlights. Let's see what is expecting us in this draft.

QB class - Grade: A
Starting my analysis with one of the most important positions. This class of QBs looks good. Most of them has 5* talent which grants them a top skill in the future. Only 3 guys has no traits. Lots of strong arms in the class and one player with a double-trait. All looks good but some physical uncertainties involving the caps, low TW and specially intelligence issues makes it kind of difficult to state this class as a A+. OL class - Grade: B-
If you have chosen your future QB or already have a good one the next step is to protect him with a good OL. Unfortunately there are not any really exciting players on the board. Most of them has lower TW than some managers may like for the position. There is also uncertainty around the strength of more than a half of the guys and some talent limited ones. I think it is not the best season to choose an OL. Highlight: Siya Bilankulu Last edited on 2020-11-17 14:20:08 by linkleo911 |

WR class - Grade: B+
Looking for WRs? Well there are some good options this time. There are also some TE that may turn into WR with particularly high speed. Most of the players have 4.5* of talent or more. I would expect a bit more speed+agility combo but it is not bad at all. maybe the biggest issue is the average age of the list. TE class - Grade: B
As usual we have a limited number of TEs in the board. We clearly have good receiving TE in the list but it is absolutely unbalanced as we lack an obvious blocking TE due to low strength. The talent average is not high and most of the guys are "too old". A B grade is well deserved here. Highlight: Vladimir Cindrić Last edited on 2020-11-17 14:41:11 by linkleo911 |

Probably the worst draft board since I'm playing the game, honestly.
I also think Lynge is the best QB prospect, if you disregard possible low physical caps. There are some decent young players, but if you are looking for 1st season starters, this is probably not a draft for you. Developmental prospect? Might be. |

RB class - Grade: B+
Here we must include RB, FB and KR. And this makes one of the largest lists to analyze. I am a bit skeptical about choosing RBs on draft as they usually need more time to be prepared. But this board may have some players that could start sooner in your first team. There are plenty of fast and agile players with reasonable carrying ability. The talent average is also good. The drawbacks are the lack of traits and my unwillingness to give RBs a better grade. Highlight: Tawfiq Mustafa Last edited on 2020-11-17 15:07:11 by linkleo911 |

Well I think that most of Dragons 1 teams are already established and it is kind of difficult to find a starter from draft. So I looking to the board as a long term thing. That's why age is also important in my analysis. |

FB class - Grade: C+
Here I listed and analyzed only the assigned FBs. As we have almost any OL or TE that could fit into FB I excluded them from a possible move. That said, the FB class do not make any better. All players are 21 yo or more and at best reach a 4.5* talent. There are a couple of strong players but their inteligence makes them almost useless. It is kind of difficult to make a highlight from here. Highlight: Fogo Akintola Last edited on 2020-11-17 15:15:38 by linkleo911 |
