Thanks god, my defense picked off more interceptions than in 8 league matches. Otherwise this could have ended much differently.

Finally an interesting match!
I've noticed that your Oline worked much better.
176 good bloks in 70 plays vs 57 good blocks in 81 plays
maybe it is the reason why the QB under pressure launched 4 ints?
nice win!
PS
what kind of German drink did you give the Dline?

My DLine is experimenting with all kinds of different beers. Most of their considerable salary is reinvested into this. Sometimes it plays in their favor, sometimes they fall asleep n the field.

Wow, I truly expected to lose against the Leopards today by 17. Instead it was an exciting and close game, and I somehow won. Good game Jack6!

Even though I'm 2-0, I can still miss the playoffs if I lose next week, so everything is still up in the air in Group 5.

For now at least, my underdog story continues...

Well done!
That last quarter did my team no good and yours was able to score.
Still a small chance to make the playoffs, but very slim.

Well I was going to do another summary thingy and build up this weekend's fixtures, but it seems most of them are already meaningless...

Bandits and Bulls go head to head, but both are already through...
The Pirates will probably batter the Jedis, but it doesn't matter..
Bobbers vs Werewolves will probably be a great game, but who cares...
And Runners vs Bretzfeld, just a bit of German pride at stake...
Then my Celtics play the Attacks Dogs in meaningless fixture #5

So which ones do matter?
Morgantown are in pole position after TigerCats's bizarre drubbing in Stockholm, and Leverkusen need a miracle.. it *could* happen. It probably won't. But I think the Cats will rebound, Stockholm will top the group, and Morgantown go through as runners up despite an L tomorrow.

Rome encountered resistance in Gaul, which makes their position wobbly - they need a significant win over the Magpies, and for Gardians to fail to win by lots against the Greyhounds. I don't see that happening - Magpies and Gardians to go through.

But other group - 4 teams on 1-1 - this group is anybody's!! Sensible head on - Blitz's opening game L was a random blip, they'll win, and the Lions will join them. But I wouldn't be surprised to be 100% wrong here..

Good luck all!

Will the winner of Group D automatically play the second of Group C or will there be a new draw in which our winner could meet any second placed team or will it be totally random like in the SuperCup ?

My Celtics through topping the group 3-0

Now why couldn't they play like this all season in Elite?
