Ok, 3rd round was a great success for our region, ALL teams did win.

Good game Letadians. We came up one yard short of the win (and the need to revise our playbook) with this:
Score down by 14-20 Q4 0:41 2 and goal to go on opp 7, Raphael McNeal (OC) snaps the ball to Edward Forrest (QB), Edward Forrest (QB) selected Lionel Malloy (WR/R) as target, Robin Schooten (DE/L) breaks through the line, Thomas Riggs (FB/R) blocks, Krystian Reyes (MLB) seems to go for the blitz, the pass goes inner right to the receiver, who catches the ball, Lionel Malloy (WR/R) tackled by Shad Ruby (CB/L), forward progress: 6 yards (Shotgun 4 WR vs. 3-3-5) 0:20 Jorge Ramos (K) kicks the ball for the field goal, 18 yard field goal is good Last edited on 2021-01-23 20:36:36 by Captain Jack |

I was watching that game, thinking how crazy all 3 games were. You have a game winning drive, Knights tie it with a minute left, and the Marauders had a huge second half comeback..... then that play happened. Heartbreaker.

Thanks Jack! This was a nail-biting thriller a the end. I´ve already seen myself eliminated. We had two very close games this season, which also got me some insights into my playbook...good luck for the next season!
