... I added a feature to allow each manager to vote on single forum posts. This way you can add some love to those great write-ups we see, or great other stuff. And I refuse any claims I was creating this so you could vote down ugly stuff. However, to make it look better I had to add a "dislike" button as well, you know ...

I can see my like/dislike only, when I like/dislike but I can not see others, the names of those who like/dislike.

Others don't for different reasons. And to receive some hidden feedback from other users on own content is always nice and should encourage people to put some effort in there forum posts. If people like to harass others, they should probably join an antisocial network like Facebook.
