Gentlemen:
I am proud to announce the Inaugural Spartan Invitational Challenge. The Spartans more than understand going up against a better team every week with no chance to win. Day in and day out, it sucks. The Spartan Invitational Challenge is your chance to play a lot of games against teams that will give you a match, not a beatdown.
This is a self-run friendly competition held on Fridays. Every Friday during Season 64, all season long. The Spartans would like to invite the following managers and their teams to compete in this highly prestigious event. TigerTail 25 and the Baltimore Blue Crabs tarvan and the Copenhagen Chargers Serengettibdn and the Badalona Cheetahs Ghost 2 and the Patagonia Raptors Kummo and the Downriver Seals Bungals and the Cincinnati Bungals vicmafraigar and the Fuenlabrada Falcons The final, eighth team will be Big Al and the Maineville Maulers who will soon be a Sea Devil at season turnover Luck be willing. So what do you all think? Play some friendlies, Have some even competition and have some fun! First games Friday March 6. The rules are simple. League games against another team on this list will count. Schedule each other for Friday friendlies. Play hard. I will tally the results each week and provide a leader board along with witty commentary! Gentlemen, Are you in? Last edited on 2026-02-17 00:16:27 by Stabler12 |

Nice idea, even though Exiles don’t qualify for the competition.

Hey! The Spartan Invitational Challenge is off to a rough start. I'm having trouble getting responses from teams on the list.
The Baltimore Blue Crabs, Maineville Maulers and the Cincinnati Bungals have all responded "Heck yes!" once they read this post. I followed up with these 5 teams by private message. tarvan and the Copenhagen Chargers Serengettibdn and the Badalona Cheetahs Ghost 2 and the Patagonia Raptors Kummo and the Downriver Seals vicmafraigar and the Fuenlabrada Falcons Ghost 2 was the only response "Thank you. We still have a very weak team to compete with. We'll be there next time." I will respond to try and change Ghost2's opinion that his team is too weak. Nobody is too weak to play. That's the point of this Challenge. Please, If anybody has a connection to any of these franchises, could you reach out and recommend this low stress competition? It truly will be the more the merrier. And all they have to do is accept Friday friendlies. Thanks in advance. Stabler12 |

Stabler12 I doubt a lot of these franchises are very active, I would consider opening things up slightly to include teams like the Silver Foxes, or try to reach out to other leagues. |
