By the way, as depressing as it is to have three bots in 1.1, I don't see any in 2.1 or 2.2. New blood!

WOW!
 ...What an epic game with Oban Bay! Before a capacity crowd at Bear Bryant Stadium, the Alabama Pachyderms come from behind with a score on the final play to win. Bama was up 21-6 in the 4th but Oban Bay scored 21 unanswered points to take the lead 27-21 with just under 5 minutes left to play. Bama then went 82 yards in 16 plays, converting on 4th and 6, scoring a touchdown with no time left on the clock.

I was hoping the broncos would win. I cant get near these guys. Its like being a jets fan and always having the patriots in your division. Some really close games tonight, I feel sorry for gems hunters, no time left on the clock 2nd down and 10 and he plays a goaline defence which gives up an 80 yard pass play and lose by 1.

I am glad to have the win, but that is twice this season that gemsanu has out-coached and out-played me, only to lose on the final play of a tight game.
His team earned a better results 
The K missed two short FG's, and later he kicked on 3rd down. You can bet he'll be into his Playbook.  |

Oh man... I just looked at that! He has a 10-7 lead with the ball on your 19 yd. line... time running out... all he needed to do was call another run play or two and he walks away with the win. Ouch!
I had a 4th and 6 on my final drive, in FG range, but I needed a TD to win. Thank God I made this rule in the playbook to go for it instead of kicking the FG. I was sweating it because I couldn't remember the parameters I had set up. I just knew I was about to blow it right there. And then, to score on the last play... talk about a nail biter!! OMG! So... Both our teams come away with huge emotional last play wins! Should be an awesome match-up! Good luck mate!! |

The celebration continues in Alabama as the Pachyderms are finally headed to the Big Show! I've been around since Season 2 and have come close a few times but never won the Conference. I really didn't think we could beat Saker, they are a really good team and well coached. They gave us our only loss of the season and were, of course, undefeated. Great to be in the League Championship for the first time but not looking forward to being the whipping boys for Elite next season.
For now, though, we celebrate! |
