Player B:

20 yo
50 SPD / 25 STR

How much would you guys pay for these players?

My problem is that they both have a lot of potential, but I don't have enough unused extra points to develop them.
On the other hand I don't want to give them away for like 5.000, since I could still create a decent P and an average G out of them.

I could depend a lot on their experience how much you could get for them.

Both have 1.5* EXP, so it should be 2* when they graduate.

Personally i'd only buy them if they were going cheap, reason being i don't have space in my academy, however i think it would be worth making space if i could get them for very little money as they clealy do have the potential to be very good. Unless you get lots of people replying they'd spend a lot i think you'll be rolling the dice on how much money you could get. 50 speed does tend to go quite well though, sorry i haven't given specific numbers here!

I ignore 20 yo unless they are good physicals + at least mid 20's positional skill training.

I will try to sell Player B first, based on the outcome of that auction I will decide whether I'm going to sell Player A too

Make sure you post these in the Trade forum. Today and then again the last day. Put 50 SPD and 41 Int in the Thread title.

I wouldn't waste any 50/50 guys at DE. My "best" DE (50 STR, 49.2 SPD, 44 Tackling, 43 Footwork, 40.6 Vision, 38.9 Agility, 39.7 Intelligence, 43.5 Teamwork, 4.5 Experience), doesn't do any better than guys with half his speed. I think the tweaks Pete made have made speed much less important for DE (which is probably reasonable).

Can anyone back up this statement ?

Don't have any numbers at the moment but imo, I feel the 50/50 guys are better used at DE because they are constantly chasing the QB/RB on every play. Also, it is exceptionally rare for OT's to have both physicals trained to this level, giving the DE a slight advantage on almost every play.

Doesn't help my guy. Besides, your DE shouldn't be chasing the QB/RB unless the OLine messed up. You don't use speed on the line. If you're being blocked, speed is going to do you no good. Your LBs will be chasing QBs and RBs on a regular basis. They don't start every down being blocked.

I pulled today a 20yo from YA.

41.4 Str no cap
50.6 Speed red cap

33.4Int 50TW

Pulled him as SF so he has slighly more points in Tackles/Vision/Position any opinions?

Well a good FS is important. He is very easily a good CB if you are in need on one.
