What do you guys consider the minimal talent level for a QB?

Everyone is going to have different standards. But for me a starting QB really should be at least 4* talent. I do have a young 3.5* talent guy training up right now, but he is intended to be a career backup. Plus he is a natural leader which at least offsets the talent weakness in Vision.

I want 5* talent at QB because eventually I want to push to 50/50 (after they announce retirement). Minimum 4.5* for me.

For QB right now I have my 28yo at 46/46. I 'self-cap" most players around 45 or 44.5 to keep salary manageable but I make exceptions for certain positions which I deem most important.

That's great to hear. I've been working up to and around those figures but was afraid I was potentially limiting my players. I want to save money if I can, but I also want to win trophies and compete at the highest levels too. Thanks for the info.
