BTW, 0.9 only works near the end of the season. The players will stick to their guns more at the start of the season.

fair enough I should probably wait anyway I need to see how 1.1 treats me

The player does calculate his likely progress into his demands.
So if you do the contract talks at the end of the season, they have almost no progress until the end of the season to add and the formular with 0.9 of the estimated does work very well.
If you do the talks beginning of the season you have to add those 10-15 skill points on top, calculate the estimated wage by yourself and then likely 0.9 of this is a good value.
That's the reason I do it always at the end of the season.

The 0.9 approximation works for me at the beginning of the season too.
I think that 0.9 is not stritcly valid in every case, but it is a reliable guess in most cases.

It is a valid hypothesis for 1+1 year contracts, of course.
If you wanto to propose longer contracts (1+2 years or more) the amount to pay is an higher multiplier (for sure above 1, but I couldn't find a valid rule of thumb here) of the current wages, because you have to pay the player's perspective at mid-long term.

*0.95 for 1+2 years has worked for me at the beginning of seasons for quite a while now included 50 int LB's so give it a go

int plays a role in his basic demand.

The skill to watch is TW for contract negs (makes sense as more TW = more skills during the contract duration)

0.95 works for me up to TW43 for 1+2 at the beginning of the season
TW in the 30ies even 0.92

Good point I've not got a lot of 40+ TW's so I've not come across this yet

Anywhere were we can check when am I picking in the Draft order?? (Before the Draft)

In the Team>Draft Board menu
Above the date there is a phrase between horizontal lines saying :
Without taking playoffs into account, it seems you are drafting in rounds: X, 32+X and 64+X

Bugger me, I've never noticed that before. No wonder I'm sh@te at this game.

Is there a way to see the entire draft?

I'm thrilled with my 1st round pick, but I can't remember if he was like 3rd or 12th on my board (drafted 13th).

Edit: And what does this mean?

drafted on pick #13 using your draftorder #1

Below the list of the remaining draftees is a button called "reveal all picks at once" (edit: it is actually called "reveal result all at once")

You had pick #13 and the player you got was ranked #1 on your draft board.
