I have 4 player's who turned 20 at rollover so I have until season 29 to move them right |

After a few seasons on RZA I finally figured it was time to activate the HR-department. It has been a so so experience and obviously I goofed up a crucial contract
Anyways, I am looking for a replacement on the market. The guy I have in my sights has a current wage value at some 60k and after transfer it's estimated at 300k+. So, clearly the manager has given the lad a franchise contract. Now I wonder if I buy this dude, will I negotiate with him from 60k or 300k? |

Beginning at 60k would be a waste of time and contract tries.
My advice would be to wait until the end of the season, then look at this thread -big thanks to Gambler75- to estimate what amount should be tried WARNING 2 things : 1) This thread is a few seasons old, it doesn't take the players' exp into account, which is now a wage factor. 2) As tha Admin said many, many times, and as he says each time the season is coming to an end, Beware of the HR closing date !!! it would suck to lose a player because of bad timing Hope it is useful to you  Last edited on 2017-12-03 16:51:54 by MonsterT95 |

The estimated is the amount you will be negotiating from.
