You pick with the league you fighted for draft spots. In this way you have to fight in order to not be a relegate team to save your top pick in your current league ... I am new in RZA, so maybe am I wrong? I am with you on this. The promotion and No1 or No2 draft-pick would give you a boost to sustain the league. But I guess going from 2.2 to 2.1 is not as major as one might think, as in 2.1 there are still plenty of bots and a chance to qualify for the PO. But my answer was: You pick from the pool from your league before. Two questions as add on: 1) Are there better players in higher pools? 2) Is there a penalty for players playing out of the league? meaning he plays in a lower league then expected. (I bought a DE and thought he would be able to take over games but unfortunately he is just a guy and does not stand out at all). 2.1 and 2.2 both promote to 1.1, the number of teams relegating can vary due to bot flush and promotion playoffs, it's difficult then to assign which teams would have which picks. It would also mean access to the draft board could either be late in the season or we'd need access to multiple league's draft boards to prepare. I agree with you that it would be a good idea and I've spoken about it before, but these reasons do put spanners in the works I switched off the bot-flush as I don´t want to go to 1.1. This gives me one more season to work with my players and develop them. You won the Bowl, you are going to 1.1 I recommend you to read the "Relegation" bit in the manual. Then I will get demolished and the 1.1 will get a new victim. That's what happened to me the first time I went up, I am hoping for a 4-12 season and relegation battle this time around |

Opting out of the bot flush isn't currently possible anyway. You might do better than you think in 1.1. I thought I'd be lucky to get more than a couple of wins when I got my call up to Fire 1.1 and surprised myself with a 9-7 record, and my team rating was less than 65% at the time

Unfortunately not better offers, but when you accept one of them your PR negotiates some richer (special) conditions.
For example (few) money for each youth pull player invited into YA during the season. |

Is the Premium YA worth?
I'm thinking of building it. But additional 500k each week is expensive for me. Do i really get better Youth Player out of it in the future? That are worth the money? |

Depends on your view I guess.
For sure I do get better YA players, with more EXP. But it costs a lot of money. I deal with it and will keep it, but I can understand that some don't want to do it. I did cut a bit my costs on coaches and did make a barrier at 43 as max skill to keep wages under control and still stay in good figures. |

Once I had to pay a lot of bucks for that kind of information, at least +500k per u p d a t e several months. Depending on your management style, you may save even more money if you dont have any Youth Center at all |

the way I look at it is buying 2 to 3 players a season for 18240000
The extra 12m a season adds enough xp that it worth it. But then again 12m a year can buy some ok/undervalued players or vets to fill holes Even more with out a YA Last edited on 2018-05-12 00:26:46 by andrew2scott2 |

I definitely think it is worth it thanks to the EXP bonus you get. I hardly bother with the TM because I get better players out of my YA that I get to custom build. As said above, you can get two quality players every season, and I also train up a few players with the intention of selling them. Last season, I sold three players bringing in close to 4 mil.

With the change in training which really boosts Youth training gains it is even more worthwhile now to own |
