Can a qb be worth 609K in this game? I know you can pay that much but is he worth 14.616.000?

Thanks for feedback

The number is likely based on his skills (2 are maxed) and his exp which is also quite high. So he demands a lot of money.
If a manager decides to pay that load, he is worth it.
Sometimes there are players even with higher wages.
And sometimes this is because the managers wants to leave and burn his money, sometimes it's a max contract with 50/50 in skills and 5* in EXP.

You might be right with your calculation :-)

But my question is more: Is he way better then a 300k player or way way better then a 100k player.

Or put it the other way: Will he improve the team so fare that you will actually consider it.

There is a comperable player on sale:

A) 600k and 240 points in his A skills (according to your guide)
B) 300k and 225 points in his A skills

I think that depends on your personal preferance and on luck.
Obviously the difference in wage is bigger than in skills, so to judge the 'worth' aspect the difference in skills should be the deciding factor in crucial situations where the engine does with those 15 points more calculate different results.
If such situation do happen in a meaningless game, it's would not matter, if it happens in a important game, it does.

So would you spend so much for a QB?
Maybe if you see your ceiling regarding competitiveness or you see a chance to win in Supercup or CoC?

Hard to tell.

Decided not to go this route as I wasn´t convinced it is the solution for me. Unfortunately I lost a game I thought I would win and now have second thoughts. But anyhow it is what it is.

How to build a great Oliner?

I thought this guy might be really great:
https://redzoneaction.org/football/index.php?page=yourteam&subpage=playerlist&display=playerstats&type=careerbyseason&id=100646345&teamid=3769

His rating is awesome, his build seems to fit Jakes suggestions, but his stats are horrible, at least I see them like this

His blocking success rate is below 40%. He misses 60% of his blocks. I don´t know how is owner used him (can´t scout gametape) but it seems horrible.

So how can I build a great O-Lineman?

The stats are misleading. Likely this guy as best OL of the team is used as OT -> gets often beaten by DE -> bad stats.
It's in this case not a problem of the build, it's a problem of the stats recording and the engine.
You can scout the best teams, their builds will not differ much.

Could also depend on the rate of the O-line trainer - or lack of one.

I may need some advise. I am having three QB's at a similar level, which one would you push as the starter or is no one really worth is to be pushed to the maximum and which one would you keep as backup. Please let me know your thoughts...

Montes 25 Tal 5* Exp 4* STR 45.1 SPE 46.1 AGI 35.0 Int 46.3 TW 36.5 Vis 45.3 Pas 47.5 (all red capped)
Srskic 25 Tal 4.5* Exp 4* STR 44.3 SPE 46.3 AGI 38.0 Int 45.3 TW 32.8 Vis 41.8 Pas 42.1 (STR & SPE red, AGI yellow) Natural Leader trait
Kollar 24 Tal 5* Exp 2* STR 40.2 SPE 47.3 AGI 35.0 INT 50.0 TW 35.5 Vis 40.1 Pas 40.0 (all red capped)

Montes looks the best, but must also be pretty expensive.

Personally, I would go with Srskic entirely because of the wage difference - meaning that I would cut Montes to transfer.

I would tend to give Montes a Franchise contract and keep Srskic as the backup without any further training. But are they having enough intelligence? If Kollar would be more experienced, he would be my first choice. Any other views on this?

What is the "Accuracy" part of the FG? My kicker is missing an awful lot of close range FGs.
