Hi all
I am a new manager, on my second day in the job. I am wondering if physical condition resets at the end of the season? My season is into the playoffs, so I'm wondering if I'm best sorting out my players PC or focussing on establishing where there speed and strength max out at? Cheers Ron |

Hi,
First of all, welcome to the best american football game of the Web The Physical Condition (PC) doesn't reset, but it's better to have it as close to 100% as possible for official games. Then during the offseason you can focus on other physicals stats ( Strength, Speed, Agility). Just make sure your PC is as high as possible for next season's first official game Last edited on 2018-10-07 09:02:54 by MonsterT95 |

It's worth mentioning that at the season rollover, players will gain or lose PC depending on their Teamwork stat. High TW players will gain PC (somewhere around 10% for high TW) while low TW players lose PC at rollover.

Cheers Ron PC can be really fast regenerated with a training on it. It is a multiplier for all other skills. The other skills are much more important for the players progress. So the best is, sort your players by STR, SPD, INT and TW. |

Thank you all for help. Very quick replies too!
How do I check which roles require high TW, INT, etc? Obviously I could make an educated guess based on real life NFL traits (eg QB needs high intelligence) but is there a guide? |

Say that I am stupid and I offer a player a salary of 250k per week while he was asking for 88k. Say it was also a franchise contract.
If I put him on the TM next season and he gets transferred would the buying team get his salary as well? Manual says this but is not clear on this: manual wrote:
If you enabled the contract mode in your HR Department, the player enters your team with a basic contract ending at the end of the season. You might need to act, especially if you buy players late in the season. If a transfer deadline is within its last 24 hours and if there is no bid so far, you can start direct negotiation with the player (the direct negotiation within the last 24 hours is only valid for Free agents, not for players from other teams). If the negotiation is successful, the player will join your team immediately. And what if the buyer does not have HR Dept enabled? Last edited on 2018-10-16 11:15:58 by Cheesehead |

No, new team, new contract.
And no HR, he gets the money based on skill level. Last edited on 2018-10-16 19:39:07 by jack6 |
