I have this 19 yo player in my youth academy with 5 stars of talent. But he has yellow capped his strength and speed at 38 and 39.1, respectively. This is with a level 20 scout, s I guess his final STR and Speed will be 43 and 44.1. He has a 49 INT and a 34 TW also. My question is, is that too low on STR and Speed for a long term player? Or does a player like this still have value? Since I have very little experience in these matters, I'm just kind of curious what is considered decent starting material? Thanks With a level 20 scout and a yellow ! already at your physicals it means the will cap eventually already at 39 str and 40 spe, which is of cause way too low. At max for both skills you will get 43 / 44 as you said (most likely something between the min and max values for both), which from my point of view would be still too low. In str it is way too less for any str driven position, like linemen, but for spe you might be able to get something. Assuming you get past the spe 43 barrier and it is still not capped, you can train your player to 43.8 (my exp is that if you try to get 43.9 on purpose you end up eventually with 0.2 progress and the skill is capped) and then train 90% str again. You might get a progress of 1.2 (depends on your ACs CP value) and you end up with spe 45+, which then gives you a player you might work with. Of cause you might ask yourselve whether 44.8 to 45.1 is so much of a difference and the truth is, it's not, but I personally did put spe 45 as minimum for me. This guy you have there might be even OK to play LB at elite, he is just a bit weaker and slower than most would want their player to be. |

Whether that is a good or bad thing is up to you, since you better should know whether it was INTENDED to work that way, or not. I have no idea whether I wanted that or not, The Playbook is too hard for me to try and make any adjustments. |

I have no idea whether I wanted that or not, The Playbook is too hard for me to try and make any adjustments. But that likely means you have only a basic playbook, if any. In that case likely the low number of playbook based plays is OK. Regerading creation and adjusting playbooks, you are not alone in that situation. Especially adjusting can become a mess, if you have an extensive playbook. I suggest to start easy, with some simple plays and watch you games for plays where you say to yourself, 'Damn in that case the play should have been THIS way'. Take the situation, so downs, how much time, scores and so on and try the tracker. It should show you, whether you have a setup for that, or not. Likely not, so do a setup and try to sort it in. Now try the tracker again, with that situation, and which play is selected. If the right one is selected, try a situation similar, but where you DONT't want that play to be played. Which one is selected then. If that play, if any, is not selected, fine, if it is selected, maybe the sorting is not OK, or the rule itself. It's a tough road, and you don't have to do it, but if you do it, try it simple and evolve, to learn. Sidenote, I did strip my playbook for this season and do work with a VERY simple playbook and gamesettings. Results are mixed, but they were also mixed with all plays by playbook. So, there is not a big difference, but some situations can only be solved by playbook plays. |

Damn, I messed team creation up. I thought I would set up a team Cuba. The Tocororos de Havanna. However I happend to open a team in Venezuela.
So is there somehow later in the game the possibility to move the team to a other country? |

Sorry but you can't move from Venezuela to Cuba (I've just called the authorities in Cuba). Why wouldn't you create a new team since you've just created one ? And tell the Game Administration what happened. |

Just, despite looking for many minutes, I haven't found the button to delete my current Venezuela based team resp. delete the account linked with this team. Hence I have to leave it open. |

When is generally considered to be the best time to transfer a youth squad player to the senior team? The last week of the season, while they are 20 years old? Thanks.

This is what I do. Just be careful if you have the HR department activated. You must do it before the contract négociation deadline.

The closer we approach the deadline, less important becomes if you do it in week x or week y - from a money point of view. Those youngsters do not get too much salary. I would suggest you do not wait for the very last minute. |

My coach is retiring this season and I could get a good replacement now. How much exactly do I pay by firing him? His outstanding wage? Or is there another penalty for firing him now?
