It's Season 5 already, it’s a longer road than expected to build a competitive team. We add a few pieces every season, but we’re not there yet. (Average age is 24.1)

QB Arnold Moon, (passing, agility & vision all 40+) complete 67% of his passes and has 114 QB rating, but he throws too many interceptions, (playbook or OL?)
We have added WR’s Timmy Everhart and Wade Harding, and TE Endre Szabados, (all average 12-14 yards per catch).
Not much change at RB but their success depends mostly on our opponent. Their backups, Najeeb & Farnsworth, are both strong and could be starters soon.
The OL seems acceptable with key ratings pushing 40+, but I think they may be one cause of the passing and rushing failures. Average Strength is only about 46.

The average Strength of the defensive line is also too low, (at about 45). We’ve added DL Wellington Farias, his ratings are good, (except Strength), but his tackle stats seem low.
We’ve added LB Zafer Armanjani who shows great football sense and tackling abilities.
Our secondary is anchored by CB Mihaly Felfoldi, SS Aladdin Sonmez & FS Kit Dabaransi, their average speed is about 45, but I think we’re too slow.

Two additions for this year season are FB Brett Farnsworth, who brings very good strength, blocking and footwork. And DL Michael John, who has excellent strength and agility.
WR Edmundo Broussard was added to our Youth Academy, and he should bring some great future potential.

Season 2, our initial team is mostly assembled. It was built essentially from searching the Free Agent market and is very young with only a couple of players at age 25. (Average age is 21.5)

Our offense is run by the talented (5) QB Arnold Moon, (passing 37). His main targets are a pair of 21 year olds WR's Loris Bouet and the slippery WR Foluke Falls, (both catching 30+). Our blocking TE Hasan Karim is also a pretty good receiver (catching 28). At RB we're lucky to have the quick (speed 48) and elusive (carrying 32) Bran MacLennan, and our seasoned FB is Jordan Folsom, (blocking & carrying 24). The offensive line includes Ellis Jorgenson and rookie Lenny Keene (both blocking 33).

The defensive line features Alexsander Jeremic and Tala Vesikula, (both tacking 28), with support from youngsters Hans Fors, (tacking 35), and the well-rounded veteran and natural leader David Branzila. The starting linebackers are ball stripper Nestor Barker and the slippery Julian Luna, (tackling 47 & 28). Our secondary leaders are CB Ada Herrmann (tackling 30) and track star SF Justin Knutson, (tackling 34).

The coaching staff feels like this team should be able grow together, but needs to gel yet, as our team chemistry is still quite low. We have developing youngsters at each position ready to fight for a starting spot on this roster.
