My top 3 picks were DL Reyes, LB Chauhan, and OL Stanovcic. I knew it was a long shot to get any of them with my 24th spot.

I did get my #6 choice, DL Moreno. Yeah, he's old but that's secondary to his physicals. 48 strength (yellow) and 42 Speed (yellow) should give me a good DE who will take over as Yi, Beebe and Bowser start to retire in a few years.

Round two brought me Serres my no 2 rated RB great physicals and speed only yellow

As my starting running game is completely retiring after this season now is the season to bring in some new blood.
I guess i will shift Seres to FB though.

In the second round I got DL Tawfig Najeeb (who I got as my no. 1 for the second round).. Unfortunately his strength (43,8) is red capped and his speed (39,5) is yellow capped.. So a little disappointment, but he's still gonna help me on my slowly retireing D-lline...

For the third round I am kinda clueless and I do have 4th pick! It's gonna be really though draft next year...

Another cap dissappointment. My Nikica Nacev came with douple yellow on 38 and 37.

Yet again i could just sit and see my top players go off the board, only getting my #12 guy for the 2nd round. I have had drafts where i go 3 of my top 10 players overall, so this dissappointing trend is new to me.

3rd round has little to no quality, but at least i wont get a P.

Not too much left in the 2nd round, but I got my #4 pick. RB with 47 Speed (capped), but only 32 strength and it's yellow already. Was really hoping to get some more strength to make him a FB or something else, so not sure whether to sell him or fit him in at WR or RB. My roster is so full, that it gets harder each year to make room for new players.

I do have a chance to get a decent player in the 3rd round that I actually want, but it's no garauntee, since I pick so late.

Completely forgettable draft.

All three players have at least one uncapped physical so are wait and see. Wont get any playing time even if we do have an overhaul. Fairly young (21, 20, 19) and have at least 2 experience.

Unusual for me to say i know - but totally agree with Mike. Shocking draft board with a desperate lack of quality - ive had a few YA players that are better prospects than some of those listed.

OK - you dont want 50/50s and 35/35/35s 18/19 year olds available to all - but there should be some quality that for 1.1 teams adds to the roster and become genuine starters within a reasonably short space of time - if we are to compare to RL NFL, then id argue a good proportion of #1 round picks become either instant starters in NFL teams or at least become starters during their first season or two. Not strictly true i know - so no leaping with extreme examples - but now that the wages are truly biting and we have to be ever more selective with TM purchases, doing the whole 'tanking' seems to be becoming an ever more attractive proposition which should be the one thing we really should be trying to avoid.

I agree especially the LBers were disappointing imo and I was in dire need of one.
