ive got to say the brawlers have got the player of the draft. A young physical beast and the player went all the way to draft pick 12...very surprising.

I was quite surprised by round 1 - I'd only managed to find 22 players I really liked the look of at all, and 7 of them are still left after round 1. The rest are not very impressive. Loads of QB, P and K hanging around at the bottom of my list - mainly QB... |

Yeah, i also 'liked' that Kone is now a Brawler...so i have go to play against him twice
I got a DL guy i am going to convert into a SS due to his yellow mark at strength

I got lucky in the second round of the draft as I got a DL with 43.5 speed capped and strength of 38 but no caps. I got a QB in the 3rd round hes not bad but I will be selling him. hopefully make a few million.

Best games of the week Juan Renegades vs. General Rodriguez Warriors* Its going to be a battle in the trenches but I fancy the warriors home field advantage should see them win in a close one. Some interesting results already! Great first game for Pucela Towers, overcoming Packers - and Severnside Falcons gained the early upper hand over Texas Roadrunners in the battle to take on Vienna Falcons in AC West. Wild Thangs look to be carrying on from where they left off last season with a victory over Slavia Pankrac. Bratwurst have some recovering to do after going down to Quarry Bay Raiders, and for me, NC North already looks like it could provide the most fascinating, cut-throat competition in the whole of Thunder 1 this season.

Mean Machine 15:3 Slavia Pankrác good win for MM Renegades had an impressive victory over Simkon. South Georgia Red Beavers 10:24 Northants Kites this could be an important game for the NC wildcard places later in the season. And Totoras pulled off a big come back by scoring 21 points in the 4th quarter to beat the new comers Flow Gaming. |

My next two games are against each of the reigning conference champs, so at least I can get to a 2:2 record after 4... |
