Wow...just survived to make the playoffs. Would be pretty said if the defending league champion didn't make the playoffs the next season.
Oh well, still think this years champion will be from the Dreamers/Stars/Hippos/Vulcans. They seem to be the class of the league this season. Steve SD Blitz |

Playoff Predictions:
Bretzfeld Bandits vs. San Diego Hurricanes: 'Canes coming off a big Super Cup win against the Dreamers and also at home. I think San Diego wins this one 24-20. Guinness Drinkers United vs. Wallace Wildcats: GDU has a 6-0 lifetime record versus Wildcats. Nothin' changes today - - Drinkers 27-17. Ramdozers vs. Saarbruecken Orcs: Orcs also coming off an impressive Super Cup win and also with home field advantage...I think Saarbruecken has too much for 'Dozers...Orcs 27-20. San Diego Blitzkrieg vs. Saint Monarchs: Monarchs won this match-up in week #1 in a tight game...but that is the exception to historical data. Hoping I can pull this one out 24-23! Steve SD Blitz |

For the 3rd time in 11 days, I play the Dreamers again. Somehow I got lucky enough to beat them yesterday but Saturday will be a tougher story.

Happy I amde it to the DP games...but hey, Beergut: did you play "strange"? (relaxed or something like that?) Just asking, because I expected some more "issues"...not trying to make a fool out of you, really!
