As we roll into Season 19 it is now time to welcome fresh lambs to the slaughter and welcome back our unsuccessful Elite league visitors.

So firstly to our newbies VeXiTa, HotStove, SSNIPER, ObeyEli35*, Cheesehead, IMGregory, timothyhamilton* and JimBoB.

FYI: * means absolute newbie, joined within last 10 days, signed in once and so far not returned so possible Bots.

From our newbie list both Cheesehead and JimBob have maxed their stadiums and have squads that could be challenging, especially JimBob, so watch out sergi2002.
HotStove, SSNIPER and IMGregory are well on the way to getting to max their stadiums this season. VeXiTa is yet to start building, but I would hope that heeding our message that maxing your stadium is the first aim towards being able to play competatively in this game that situation will change soon. To help any with spare friendly match time available challenge them to help with the finances.

We welcome back Lawinenhund and SimKon from their unsuccessful seasons in the Elite league and warn them that life is getting just as tough here in Thunder 1.1.

In other news it is rumoured that the Bailiffs have been in attendance at Badalona and Nutwood and that Flow have received Final Warnings about their financial situation. I hope you can get this resolved guys and get on with the new season without that big financial headache.

For Nutwood it is a double headache as they still have not maxed their stadium which obviously restricting their chances of sorting out their financial problems.

Knuckleheads and Premolo are the only other teams that have not maxed their stadiums, but with good planning they should make a good deal further progress during the coming season.

Well that's it for the rollover period, over the coming week I will look at each division in the Pre-Season Show.

Cheers
Bova

You changed his name didn't you? He was my #1 pick.

Anyway got a 50 Speed CB to go with my other 50 Speed CB and 2 49+ Speed CB's. Try and outrun by DB's

Hello and welcome to the Pre-Season Show.

Before we start to preview the Divisions, it is now noted that Westside Rams have gone Bot and that one of our longest serving managers has not been about for over 3 weeks, which could mean his team going Bot at Season start.

As usual we will start our preview with

AC East

Die Verdammten managed by Lawinenhund are entering their 10th season at this level.
Their 1.1 record is 95-49. They have not won a Division Title, but have made one unsuccessful visit to the Thunder Bowl in Season 17.

DrAgOnSlAyErS managed by VeXiTa are entering their Rookie Season at this level.

Pittsburgh Steelers managed by steelers8643 are entering their 7th season at this level.
Their 1.1 record is 40-56.

Wild Thangs managed by stizz are entering their 15th season at this level.
Their 1.1 record is 139-85. They were divisional champs of NC East for Seasons 8, 11 and 14, also this divisions champs for Seasons 16 and 17. They have made one unsuccessful visit to the Thunder Bowl.

Die Verdammten's return from an unsuccessful season in the Elite league will probably hearten Wild Thangs more than last season did. These two teams have had two very tight fights for the division in the past with Wild Thangs pinching both on points difference. I do not expect anything different this coming season. Pittsburgh Steelers made a slight improvement last season, but their schedule is a lot harder this season and they will have to play well just to break even this time around. DrAgOnSlAyErS will have to just grin and bear it this season, spending as much as they can on developing their infrastructure to return to this level in the future with a maxed stadium and a carefully developed squad.

AC East Position Predictions
1. Wild Thangs
2. Die Verdammten
3. Pittsburgh Steelers
4. DrAgOnSlAyErS

Back shortly with the AC North.

Welcome back.

AC North

Badalona Tigers managed by serengetibdn are entering their 5th season at this level.
Their 1.1 record is 8-56.

Flow Gaming managed by microlol are entering their 8th season at this level.
Their 1.1 record is 62-50. They have been this divisions' champs for Seasons 16, 17 and 18.

Slaughter managed by HotStove are entering their Rookie Season at this level.

The SQUALES of Beach managed by SSNIPER are entering their Rookie Season at this level.

Again, like last season, Flow Gaming should romp this division this season. Badalona Tigers will have a harder time this season as the new boys Slaughter and The SQUALES of Beach have both come up to this level looking to stay and make a statement. This is something they could do as long as they can balance their infrastructure development alongside trying to get a reasonable result out of their rookie seasons.

AC North Position Prediction
1. Flow Gaming
2. Slaughter
3. Badalona Tigers
4. The SQUALES of Beach

Time for another break and we will return with AC South.
