Good question ... I couldn't find the next tiebreaker, if record and PD are equal, anywhere in the manual. My guess would be total touchdown count if it's similar to the NFL tiebreakers (90% of which don't apply with conference/division/etc. records not being tracked). If so, that is in Hurricanes favor at the moment. Who will enter the playoffs und who plays at home? The top 6 teams, per Conference, will qualify for their end of Season PlayOffs, with the winners of each Conference meeting to play in the overall League Bowl - the winner of which will be the overall League Champion for that Season. At the end of the Regular Season (16 games), the top 6 teams are listed of each Conference and given a Seeding - the Top 4 Seeds will always be the Divisional Winners, with the Number 1 Seed being the Divisional Winner with the best Regular Season won/lost record - Number 2 seed the Second best - Number 3 seed the Third best and the Number 4 seed the worst record out of all 4 Division Winners only. The 5th and 6th seed will be the next best two teams according to their records. Please note that both of these teams CAN come from the same Division. In the event of a tiebreak for teams with the same record, the team with the best Points Difference will gain the higher Seeding. https://redzoneaction.org/football/index.php?page=help&subpage=manual&topic=League answered? |

If I would have lost by a FG to the SD Canes, we would have had the same record and the same PD. So the designated tiebreaker was not able to break the tie, so which would have been the next tiebreaker? hopefully alphabetical, than I am save against San Diego Last edited on 2016-09-05 16:36:29 by OrangeCrush |

So who are the favorites to promote to the Elite league next season?
Looks like Orange Crush might beat out the SD Hurricanes in the NC. In the AC, Fairhaven Naughty Dawgs and Midnight Marauders are both 15-1 and I guess Saint Etchford Spitfires has a chance too? Steve SD Blitz |

Steve SD Blitz I am out of the running ... all of my vets are up for sale, and I'm most likely going on hiatus for a bit during the long, long rebuild that's coming. |

Well you do have three wins in our series, and I expect you'll probably be adding a fourth to the W column ... but the remaining youngsters on my team will do their best to give you a good battle at least.
